Op dit terrein heeft HM Holland Projects de beschikking over een aanmeer-, afbouwkade van 250 meter alwaar barges en schepen met een diepgang tot 4,5 meter kunnen worden ontvangen voor reparatie, modificatie, sea fastening, mobilisatie en demobilisatie.

Het buitenterrein is beschikbaar voor onder meer overslag en opslag.
